Dear Parents,

On Monday, October 31st, the children will have their Halloween Parade in the school beginning at 8:30 a.m. After the Halloween Parade, Pre-K1 will have our own Halloween Party. We are asking the parents for $5 for each child for food and beverages. Also, please bring in a bag of candy or potato chips or any other festive goodies. Please let me know what you plan on bringing so I can write it down on my list. Please have the children come to school already dressed in their Halloween costume.

Also, beginning on Monday, October 24th through Friday, October 28th, the school will have a book fair. The book fair will take place in the second floor hallway from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. You may come to school to purchase books for your child or give me money in an envelope with the name of your child so your child can purchase their books. If you give money in an envelope, change will be returned to you in that envelope.

Please have the children recognizing the numbers 1-10 and making groups of objects from 1-10. The letter of the week is the letter "Dd". Please practice with your child recognizing the letter "Dd" and words that begin with the letter.
